Mr. McCollum is an accomplished results driven professional with over 20 years of business, military and technical experience in the federal and commercial sectors. Mr. McCollum is a VA-rated Service-Disabled veteran of the United States Army. He proudly served in the 3rd Special Forces Group as a communications specialist and Combat Diver with multiple combat tours in Afghanistan. Prior to the Army, he spent ten years as a technical consultant designing large scale data aggregation systems for telecommunications and utility companies.

At ATSG, his focus is leveraging the company’s excellent support services capabilities and enabling innovative approaches to federal contract capture and delivery. Mr. McCollum’s responsibilities include driving the vision of the company, negotiating key alliances, ensuring the continued stability of the company and establishing relationships that fuel consistent growth.  His highly organized managerial style emphasizes customer relationships and deadline-oriented complex problem solving.  As a professional team player with expertise in efficiently coordinating resources, he excels at project management, analyzing information and executing successful action plans under challenging conditions.

Mrs. Saracevic is a multi-disciplinary talent and business operations expert in the areas of government contract administration, program management, business process improvement and financial control. She previously served as a US Navy civilian implementing Undersea Security initiatives by controlling a lean and successful Navy Program Office. Prior to the Navy, she was a Corporate Resource Manager for several Government Contracting companies, improving performance in areas of Quality Control, Human Resources, Security, Contracts, Finance, and Recruiting.

At ATSG, Mrs. Saracevic is an innovative leader who is unapologetically fearless in adapting to support the customer and enable our employees. As the previous Chief Operating Officer, she navigated ATSG through complex international government contracting challenges while promoting strong business ethics. As Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Saracevic’s primary responsibility is to ensure that ATSG is meeting or exceeding strategic objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and mission support. She applies a hand’s on approach in all corporate functions to include mentoring, client relations, legal analysis, compliance initiatives, business development activities, and strategic communications.

Mr. Spear is a dynamic and innovative leader with experience developing and leading technical and operational organizations with expertise in government and military affairs. His practical skills include military and government contracting, administration, program management, quality control and financial control. He previously served 42 years in the U. S. Navy, both active duty and Civil Service, including commanding USS TUCSON (SSN770). His focus areas included Undersea Warfare, operations, industrial maintenance, nuclear power, international partnerships, Naval Research, technical program management, requirements, and resourcing.

At ATSG, Mr. Spear has overall responsibility of Business Operations and Contracts Management with a focus on process improvement and quality management.
