ATSG specializes in creating custom courses to address each of our customer’s specific needs. We offer a range of basic and advanced training courses for government and commercial customers. Since 2014, ATSG has provided hundreds of advisors, trainers, and subject matter experts across the globe. Our cadre of instructors have experience developing and teaching the most advanced, sophisticated and proven techniques to elite Special Operations Forces worldwide. ATSG’s training programs are built using a systematic, step-by step process that aligns to and supports strategic goals and includes integrated, continuous improvement.

Whether through onsite training or e-learning via ATSG Academy, we provide tailored and standardized solutions that best fit the organization, culture and aspects that are essential to the customer. ATSG Academy allows students to leverage advanced tradecraft courses online. Each course has been vetted by ATSG instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who represent the current and next-generation of technological understanding. The techniques taught over ATSG Academy are reliable and applicable to the situational environment worldwide.

Training

Our list of training courses is extensive but not exclusive. We are available for consultative services to help you determine what solutions we can offer to assist you and your forces. Our staff is hand selected after a rigorous screening process which means we can offer you the most advanced and effective training in the world. Every member of our instructor cadre has decades of experience and a proven record of mission accomplishment under the most arduous circumstances imaginable.

Our Approach

Every training requirement we fulfill is different, so we work with our clients to understand their objectives and develop solutions that accommodate their force structure, capabilities, equipment and budget.

Our training curriculum is based on the ‘ADDIE’ model which includes five phases:

Analysis: Conduct an assessment with our clients on their current and desired capabilities, preferably at the operational location.
Design: Drawing from previous training and international best practice, we work with our clients and a dedicated curriculum cell to generate customized programs of instruction.
Develop: By incorporating client input we are able to develop a coherent and sustainable curriculum that meets the requirements of the operational role.
Implement: First we administer the curriculum through pilot tests and T3 training. This is followed by full implementation of the curriculum via specialist instructors who deliver focused training – either in the U.S. or at the client’s location.
Evaluate: Assess the effectiveness of the curriculum using Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels: (reaction, learning, behavior and results

Instructor-led training

Our Instructor-Led Training maximizes learner’s comprehension by combining the exciting visuals of e-learning with the effective structure of a classroom environment. Instructor-Led Training offers the flexibility of teaching in a large group or it can be divided into smaller groups if a greater interaction is required.

Instructor-Led Training allows a customizable, hands-on approach. A Subject Matter Expert facilitates the training sessions and is able to change their style or approach based on feedback feedback given in real time. Instructors are able to give live demonstration and practical instruction.

Computer-based training

Our uniquely designed e-learning courses allow learners to access courses at their leisure while maintaining impeccable quality. Our Computer Based Training (CBT) courses are uniquely designed to facilitate the best possible learning experience and feature custom graphics, animations, localization, and even voice-over narration.

Our CBTs can also be utilized in a blended learning environment which uses both e-learning and Instructor-Led Training.
